The room was spotless and decent sized, and with a lovely view over the town and inlet. Location: the hotel was very close to the seafront and Shops and the hill overlooking Knysna and the bay. Overall the service was EXCEPTIONAL.

It was an absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights. We were in a perfect location within walking distance of Knysna Waterfront.

The hotel offers great value for money, providing comfortable rooms with nice "old style" furniture. Many rooms even have a private balcony, offering beautiful views of the bay. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast served on the patio is a highlight, with a lovely view over Knysna.

Was a right place for trip. Everything was perfect here, and the views were surprising. The staff was friendly and fine and the host too. The room was comfortably furnished, great-sized, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were hearty. The location was convenient - just next door to certain areas of the property. It also was in the lagoon.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Knysna. The location up a steep hill provided beautiful views of the bay. The rooms were well-appointed with nice "old style" furniture and a lovely view from the balcony. The attention to detail was impressive, from the gated entrance to the helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfasts served on the deck had a fabulous view of Knysna, and the variety of fruits and cereals was delicious.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning views of the city and the bay, which were breathtaking. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and we appreciated the comfortable bed, which was great for a good night's sleep. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included fresh muffins and eggs.

The bathroom could use some refurbishment as the shower had some missing tiles and the screen did not cover the whole area. walking to the main area was not easy as the hotel is located on a steep hill.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hosts were very kind and provided helpful tips on nearby restaurants and activities. The location was perfect with stunning views of the lagoon and a short walk to local restaurants and shops.

The hill leading up to the lodge was quite steep and may be difficult for those with limited mobility. The Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas and was turned off at night, which could be a inconvenience for some guests.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely guest house with breathtaking views. The room, although a little dated, had a homely feel and the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It felt like I was staying at my auntie's house! The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and I couldn't ask for more. I also loved the various outdoor seating areas where I could relax and take in the surroundings.

The steep climb back up the hill, but the location made up for it with its stunning bay views. I also brought my own mini micro-towels as I couldn't find pool towels at the property.

The location was close enough to the town centre to walk and close to everything. The rooms were furnished beautifully and very clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of options to choose from. The swimming pool area was peaceful, and the gate made me feel secure.

The curtains didn't block out the morning light, which made it challenging for some light sleepers.
